Question from customer:
We have an issue with DMA over UART the description is as follows:
Environment:
We are using Sitara processor AM3356.
Problem Detail:
Trying to implement DMA to over UART (2 & 4) and triggered by internal events from UART towards the DMA while transmitting and receiving to and from the UART, after a while randomly the DMA stop transferring data from UART, nevertheless the UART continue receive bytes.
Our Question:
We need some technical advice on what could be checked, what could be the problem, is there a known issue or errata we should consider?
