Linux/am3352: Environment setup

Hi experts,

I want to setup a Linux develop environment for AM3352, just several general questions, 

1) I need a Linux server installed with Ubuntu.

2) Do I need to install TI Processor SDK  Linux in it?

3) I need to download U-boot, and compile it for my board,

4) How about Linux kernel, do I need to download separately?

5) A SPI Nor flash is used in our board, I don't know how to generate/program Linux in it.

6) How about the CCS, do I need to install CCS in Linux server, can I develop my project with CCS in Windows?
