C6472 EVM - processor speed grade?

Is the C6472 processor on the C6472 EVM a 625MHz part or a 700MHz part? The BOM on the eInfochips website seems to indicate the latter, but the sample GEL file sets up the PLL for 625MHz operation.

I have one (pcb rev 17-00065-02, pca rev 18-00065-02) with TMX marked as "700".

Thanks Serge, I've also confirmed with eInfochips that it is indeed a 700MHz processor on the boards.
