66AK2G02: resistor should be connected for SPI CLK?

Dear Champs,

I found there were 33 Ohm resistors were connected between CLK of QSPI memory and QSPI_CLK/RCLK of 66AK2G02 in GP EVM, but there is no resistor used in ICE board.

Could you please let me know what is recommendation?

My customer designed QSPI memory as below by referring GP EVM.

And please let me know why 10k ohm pull-up were used in D2, D3 of QSPI flash memory in our EVM design as below. The below is captured from ICE board schematic.
