Hi,

I'm using BeagleBone Black powered by USB connected to my PC (Windows 7).

How can power cycle it ? (without physicallyconnect/disconnect the USB cable).

Hi,

There is a power button S3 on the BBB board.

yeah , I mean is there any way to do this without pushing any button. just doing so programatically (maybe by disabling and enabling the USB port, so the USB power turn off and on)

This is not possible on the BBB side. The VBUS power goes directly to the PMIC.
