Unable to gain access to Vlib 2.0

Hello,

It's been over a month since I filled out Vlib 2.0 request form (have done it multiple times now). I filled out all the required details including my company email, company details and application.

I havent received any email/notification. What could be the reason? Is there any other way to gain access?

any suggestions?
