AM4376: Vpp requirement

Hi,

Customer designs TPS74801 for 1.7V Vpp, however, TLV707 is on ref. design. So what's purpose for this 1.7V Vpp and any special spec. requirment?

Is it power load or analog load concern about noise and PSSR?

Alan, all of the requirements for VPP are in the datasheet. VPP is used when programming customer efuses in the device. Ensure you comply with the sequencing and voltage tolerance requirements defined in the datasheet. When not programming efuses during normal operation, no voltage should be present on the pin, so be sure to include control of the LDO via GPIO or other means.
