Davinci Kernel drivers

Does anyone know if the "Davinci Auto Focus Driver" and "Davinci Auto Exposure/While Balancing Driver" that are available in montavista kernel 2.6.10 and 2.6.18 are already ported in kernel tree?

It looks like patches were submitted for both, though I am not sure if they have been accepted into the linux-davinci tree yet, or if they will ever go into the upstream kernel.org tree.
