Dear Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to AM33X starter Kit recently purchased. We are facing the following issues while running the default program from SD card. We are following the instructions given on the following page-

Please refer to above page, the issues is relating to touch screen-
Page No 4 i.e step 5, we have to press very hard and also several attempts to get to step 6 and then after step 6, no response to touch.
Please suggest is it the problem relating to hardware or software and also suggest the remedies for the same.
