Part Number: OMAP-L138
On Datasheet table 6-19, Rows is 16 or 15 bit, does it mean the maximum row size can support? as only column and bank configurable, so the row address increase automatically with EMIFA address increase? and it won't over 16-bit, so it limited the maximum addressable memory with given column and banks.
am I right?
