Hi,
Does the DRA744 support the Wake on LAN by GMAC?
If yes, Which mode can be support this feature(wake up by LAN)?
What power rail needs support continue supply to DRA744?
What power can turn off?
Thank you.

Hello,
Energy Efficient Ethernet is supported in that the GMAC module's clock can be turned off during inactive periods and woken up by either host transmit or PHY signaling. For details see this section "Energy Efficient Ethernet Support (802.3az)" in the TRM. But this does not provide a chip level WOL feature per se. One could have code running, say in an M4, which could monitor this status and activate further functionality. However, on DRA74x, the lowest power draw you will see is something on the order of 300mw. Typically this is too large in scenarios desiring WOL. Generally one would consider powering off the entire chip and have the PHY signal the PMIC to power on the device based on LAN activity. The device can then boot quickly to handle necessary communication and decide if a full boot, perhaps to a HLOS on the A15, is required.

Martin
