AM3517 Symbol pin define issue?

Hi,

I had download the AM35X_ZCN.OLB symbol file form TI website.

But I had confuse 4 pin(F17, N21, N22, H19) define between symbol file and datasheet.

The 4 pin define on symbol file and datasheet see below

PIN Number	Symbol file define	Datasheet define
F17	VPP	NC(No Connect)
N21	CAP_VDD_DSI	NC(No Connect)
N22	VDDS_DSI	NC(No Connect)
H19	BG_TESTOUT	NC(No Connect)

So, have anyone can tell me how to use these pin?

Hello Shine,

The Datasheet is correct. The symbol was created before we completed the datasheed.

For F17 this is not supported and is for possible future use.

N21 and N22 - DSI is not supported on AM35x

H19 is an internal test pin and needs to be left unconnected for proper operation.

For the AM3517 ZCN package the datasheet shows pins G20 and G21 must be connected to GND but they are seen on the AM3517 EVM as not connected. Are these signals also test pins? What issues, if any, can be expected if G20 and G21 are not connected to ground as seen in the datasheet?
