Where can i find the maximum output current of the AM3505/17 LVCMOS GPIOs?

Can't find it in the documentation.

    Hello Fred,

    I am working to get these values added in the data sheet, but until then, here are the values you are looking for.

    IOH = -2mA
    IOL = 2mA

    Input current for dual voltage IO pins:
    II (without internal resistor) = +/-9uA
    II (With internal pullup) = min 70uA; max 310uA
    II (with internal pull down) = min -75uA; max -270uA

    Input current for DDR2/mDDR 1.8v IO pins:
    II (with internal pull down resistor) = min -77uA; max -286uA

    IOZ (without pull) = +/-20uA

    Hi Jeff,

    are you  sure about the -/+ 2mA maximum current for the GPIOs?

    This seams very little to me!?

     

    I further need Information about Latchup Current on the GPIOs. Is there something available?

    Hello Fred,

    The +/-2mA does have margin.  Those numbers are the same as used on the OMAP35x devices. 

    For the latchup current, testing follows the jedec spec.  100C, +/-100mA, 1.5xVdd level.  Is that what you are looking for?
