Linux/AM5728: Reduce boot time current

Part Number: AM5728

Tool/software: Linux

Hello,

I am working on AM5728 custom board, And I need to reduce the boot time current.

I remove support of all the extra peripheral(HDMI, LCD, Audio codec) from the DTS, but still it is going to take same current.

Is there any way to reduce the boot time current?

As per my knowledge we can control in two way.

1) Reduce the CPU frequency,

Is it the right way? and if yes than how can we do that?

2) Change the sequence of module which is going to load at boot time

Is it the right way? and if yes than where the module sequence is define? or from where can I change the module sequence?

Please do the needful.

Regards,
