Hi,

I am planning to interface Two 8Gb DDR3 ICs ( part number: MT41K512M16HA-125 IT) to 66AK2h14 keystone II processor.

Please let me know whether is it possible to interface 8Gb IC.

Hi Madhu,

The 66AK2H14 should interface with two MT41K512M16HA components although you will lose some throughput by limiting the bus width to 32bits.
