[AM335x] DCAN BusOff

Hello there.

This is my first post in the Forum if it it is in the wrong forum beg my pardon.

We have a 2 Can buses on [AM335x] which use D_CAN module. the Problem is that by disconnecting the physical bus the bus goes into Warning and Passive modes but no matter how long it is disconnected it does not go to Buss-Off state. any suggestions as to why?
Our main problem is that by a problem in the bus the messages are being accumulated in the buffer and after reconnecting the bus the old messages are being sent and this causes problem in the application. So does the bus recovery mode actually clear the message stack or not?

and any suggestions as to how solve the problem ?
