AM3354: DDR_VREF pin current specification

Our customers want to divide the voltage of VDDS_DDR and supply it to DDR_VREF.
Please tell me the consumption current of max at the DDR_VREF pin of AM3354.

Please see the data sheet Fig 7-39. This is the recommended voltage divider topology for VREF.

Is it okay for the resistance below?
1 Kohm 1% 1/16 W
Beagleboneblack was divided by the following resistance.
10 Kohm 1% 1/16 W

Yes. 1/16W resistor rating should work comprehending the static current through the resistor divider and the pin leakage.
