Hi, everyone.
Does anyone can confirm if AM37xx can support DDR2 by SDRAM Controller (SDRC) not by General Purpose Memory Controller (GPMC) or only LPDDR?
If not, well this chip is not for me.
Thank you.

AM37x can only support LPDDR, but we have another device in same product family AM35x[AM3517(www.ti.com\am3517) and AM3505(www.ti.com\am3505)], which can support both LPDDR and DDR2 memories. let us know if that device can address your need
Thank you for your answer.
I know about AM35xx, but this chip has lower CPU frequency than AM37xx.
I want to use CPU attached with 1Gigabit MAC to GPMC and I think AM35xx does not get it. It's use Cortext A8 chip which has lower performance than ARM11 at the same frequency. Correct me if I am wrong.
Thank you
The Cortex-A8 has almost twice the performance as an ARM11 at the same speed. This wiki page has some performance numbers http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Cortex-A8_Features
