Industrial Temperature NOR flash

A quick search on i.e. www.spansion.com will give you several different posibilities and I feel pretty sure that most other NOR flash vendors will be able to help with your request as well...

Searching for 1V8 (IO and core), MirrorBit NOR and -40C on www.spansion.com gives ~5 devices of different densities - All belonging to the S29VSxxxR-series, which I think fits the OMAP pretty well, although I haven't checked every detail.
