Starterware/AM4372: CAD tool issue

Tool/software: Starterware

My customer has a question about CAD File.

She used this URL’s file.

She saw as follow URL.

And, she follows the instructions below to view the CAD symbols.

After she open CAD data step1, and check Zuken CR-5000/CR-8000 at step2.

Final, she push button “Export to Selected Tools” step3,

this Ultra Librarian Binary Reader shut down. It does not work well.

Could you help this?

Sorry for the delay. We''ve been in contact with the vendor and looks like there is an issue with this version.

Please download the latest version directly from the vendor: www.accelerated-designs.com/Beta/ULADI_Reader.exe. This should solve your issue.

We will also be updating the version available on ti.com.
