Can I use the library created under the GNU compiler in the project for AM3354, created under the TI compiler?

We don`t recommend this usage, we support GNU compiler only for ARM on AM335x in the SDK aand provide some examples of bare-metal and TI RTOS code compiled using TI ARM compiler but to use LLD drivers and all the other components of the Porcessor SDK, you need to use GNU compiler only.

Both compilers generate output in ELF format but my understanding is that the vector table and entry point configuration and compiler generated macros have many differences so libraries can`t be crosslinked. TI compilers does support many GCC extensions as you can see from the wiki here:

We are going to use the GNU compiler to write only mathematical libraries that will use all the capabilities of NEON. These libraries will be connected to projects created on the basis of the TI compiler, since this compiler does not allow you to implement all the capabilities of NEON. Projects were created long ago, when it was not possible to use the GNU compiler.

Igor,

Unfortunately, we will not be able to support this usecase if you run into any compatibility issues. Your best bet would to be to post on TI compiler forums and check if the compiler experts have any experience to share dealing with issues caused by linking GNU libraries to TI ARM compiler based projects. On the device forums, we can only recommend compiler usage based on system tests that we have run with the SDK software.
