MCS to BIN conversion source code

Hi,
My requirement is to interpret the .mcs (Intel Hex format) file generated by the Xilinx FPGA tool, and write the binary file to FPGA boot Flash. This conversion from MCS to BIN is to be done using K2L processor, and the binary to be send to FPGA for writing to FPGA's Flash memory.

I would like to know whether source code is readily available for converting the MCS to binary, to be written to Flash.
