AM5716: McASP EDMA and SDMA usage

Hi,

For one of our application, we are planning to use all the available 8 MCASPs that are available on AM5716. We are planning to use EDMA for all the MCASPs. But, from the device tree, we could notice that MCASP1 and MCASP3 uses EDMA and MCASP5 and MCASP8 uses SDMA. 

Can someone please tell me if we can uses EDMA for all the MCASPs?

Is any MCASP restricted to use only EDMA or only SDMA? 

Our usage will be simpler if we use either of one. I could not find this info in TRM.
