AM5728: Phytec SOM module

Hi,

We are trying to build a custom board using AM5728 processor. In order to shorten the design time, we tried purchasing AM5728 based SOM module and integrating into our board. The support for AM5728 based SOM module from PHYTEC is very poor. The interfaces details from the SOM module with regarad to AM5728 multi functions pins are not being shared. Please suggest if any other vendor is producing the AM5728 module OR any team from TI which could help us in getting the details from PHYTEC team as they are being the SOM Module development unit for TI chipsets. We are looking to have only the relevant details to build a system based on AM5728 SOM module.

I am sorry to hear about the issues that you are facing. I am contacting Phytec directly and I will include this post in my communication and any response they have, they will post here.
Regarding other suppliers, SOM vendors are listed in the product folder under tab tools and software : www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware
