Her quesiton is that she has to have NDA?
What is the third-party IP databook?

Access to the third-party IP databook requires a 3-way NDA and as such is highly restricted. Please provide more information on the need.

I'm not sure I understand your question. The "third party IP databook" is just that...a reference that describes the functionality of the 3rd party IP present in the AM437x device. It is not a programming guide if that is what you are asking for.
