Back up battery for c6747 board

Hello all

I am working to designing a custom board for c6747 and I want to use a back up battery for some time .

Do you have any idea?

    If your question is about a power supply solution for the board that will act as a UPS, you will find solutions for Battery Management and all of your power supply needs from TI's Power Management Solutions. At www.ti.com, under Products you can click on Power Management, then scroll down to find the Battery Management section. You can post questions about these products on one of the E2E Power Management forums.

    If your question is about providing RTC power from a small-capacity battery for maintaining the time base, The RTC User's Guide mentions the isolated power supply to allow this, and there should be information on doing this in the Technical Documents section of the C6747 Product Folder on TI.com, or in this forum and the TI Wiki Pages. I recommend a search of this forum and the TI Wiki Pages to look for information on implementing this capability.
