TCI6638K2K: Component Height Clarification

Hello,

My customer was recently taking a look at the mechanical drawings on pages 330 and 331 of the TCI6638K2K's datasheet and uncovered some possible inconsistencies that we were wondering if you could clarify?

On page 330, the image below shows a measurement showing max and min heights as 3.75mm and 3.39mm respectively--

While on page 330 we see it stated not only at the topof the page but also in the diagram below that max height is 3.62mm?--

Would you be able to help us understand what the actual max, min and typ. measurements are for height of this device?

This should be 3.62 MAX. However, let the hw team confirm this.

Hi Amanda, Yordan,

This was closed a few weeks ago through e-mail. Yordan's answer above is correct. However, I am putting the rest of the details here.

TCI6638K2K revision 3.0 received a new package stack-up. This resulted in a slightly different overall package height, and actually a new package designation and drawing called "AAW1517B". The older, pre 3.0 revisions reference the older package designation "AAW (S-PBGA-N1517)".

The current revision of the datasheet (revision F) did not contain any information concerning how to map the appropriate package drawing to a particular device revision.
