Linux: Recommendations for starter board for embedded linux

Hi,

I am looking for recommendations for starter board for learning embedded linux, preferrably less than $100.. I'm aware of raspberry pi and beagle and similar but I am not sure they will give me the experience I need to learn embedded linux...

Support recommended AM335x Starter Kit or Beaglebone.
Is there an advantage to using one or the other?

Hi Nathan,

Both are good for embedded linux learning, but only Beaglebone Black match your price requirements.
