66AK2H14: Internal pull up and pull down values

Hi,

In the datasheet of 66AK2H14, on page 229, it is mentioned that- "Internal 100-μA pulldown or pullup is provided for this terminal "

Please let me know what does this mean.

Whether this indicates if I connect any external pull down/ pull up, the current that would flow through it is 100uF ?
