Hello Support Team.

I am going to use ESP8266 on AM437x GM board.

I have already checked pins on AM437x board and I decided with these pins.

D0 -> PIN B5
D1 -> PIN A5
D2 -> PIN B6
D3 -> PIN A6
CLK -> PIN B9
CMD -> PIN F10

But I am not sure how I could reference to the document or I could modify SDK for this.

Hi,

Is this the AM437x GP EVM? The pins you refer are connected to NAND flash/eMMC on this board.

Thanks for your quick reply, Yes, you are right.

So I removed emmc and Nand flash from board.

What you have to do is configure these pins in their MMC mode. You will probably need to find drivers for your WiFi module, as the Processor SDK has support for TI WiLink modules only (as far as I know).

Yes, I agree with your thought. I have drivers for our wifi module, but I am not sure where I need to fix in SDK for using our wifi module.

If you are familiar with that, Please help me in this regard.

Hello Jense,

You have to enable the driver in kernel and set-up the device tree. You can find at this wiki how this is done for WL18xx. Also don't hesitate to refer to the kernel's documentation at <Processor SDK>/board-support/linux-<version>/Documentation/devicetree/bindings/net/wireless/ while creating the wireless bindings.
