You can calculate this using the equations shown in Section 2.1 Clock Generation and Control of the Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) (www.ti.com/.../sprugp1.pdf) & the peripheral information (maximum clock) presented in the device specific Data Manual.
