AM335X: LCD pixel clock question

I'm choosing AM3552 Sitara™ Processors for my project, and I use a 10.4" TFT-LCD panel (specification in attach file).when I do ESD test,( ±4kV contact) ,the display becomes black,,no display anything. 50MHz of the LCD pixel clock become 4.2MHz. why the clock changes?

You have serious ESD issues. You must take ESD protection measures on your PCB.

Hi Biser,We have ESD issues,but the other functions are OK,only the display is bad,because 50MHz of the LCD pixel clock becomes 4.2MHz. I don't know why the clock has changed greatly？thank you for your answer.

My suggestion is that you try to narrow down the possible reasons, for example by disconnecting the display. Even if possible try to disconnect display connections one by one. This will help you to locate the ESD coupling path to the processor.
