We contacted local TI sales and FAE based on this URL answer, but couldn't get an useful answer.

In the past, we developed UAC2.0 + HID USB composite device using c6748.
Now, we're going to develop same USB composite device using 66AK2G02.
Please teach me these chips difference and 66AK2G02 USB register specifications.

Hi,

For C6748 device, the USB register specification is on www.ti.com/.../spruh79c.pdf.

For 66AK2G02 device, the USB register specification is removed from the latest TRM (www.ti.com/.../spruhy8f.pdf), saying contact local FAE and sales for information. I don't have the reason why it was removed, in the earlier revisions of this TRM (at least for Rev C, SPRUHY8C–January 2016–Revised April 2016), all the USB registers are listed there in 11.19.5, more than 200 pages.

Please contact your local FAE/sales for this older version of TRM.

We are going to contact local FAE in order to get the old TRM.

By the way, We used SYS/BIOS at c6748 development.
We would like to reduce the porting works by using SYS/BIOS at 66AK2G02.
RTOS is SYS/BIOS?
