I tried to search this on TI.com, but it doesn’t appear the information has been uploaded.

MSL information will be posted at Product Folder once the package is qualified. It is a new package that is going thru qualification right now.

Dan,

It is MSL3 for AM5708 devices. As Rogerio reported, it will be on the product page once it is fully qualified.
