This is the DPLL_REGM4XEN bitfield in the respective CM_CLKMODE_DPLL_XXXX register.

Is that bit field writable? and writing "1" to this field makes "REGM4XEN = 1"?

From the TRM description this functionality is disabled on AM335x devices - DPLL_REGM4XEN bitfield is read-only and always returns zero.

That is, it can not be set to REGM4XEN = 1.
Is this understanding correct?
