Linux/OMAP-L138: Problem when Loading the EVM GEL file : OMAP-L138 Preparing SD Card for Boot

Hi , I have bought OMAP-L138 LCDK for my company and I have some questions:

1) Which target configuration file must I use ?

2) Can I boot and emulator without SD-Card ? If can , how can I do ?

2) SD card attached with the box was broken, I want use my SD card for boot and follow this link : processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/OMAP-L138_Preparing_SD_Card_for_Boot

I use CCS v5.4 and I don't know how can I load the EVM file and connect to the ARM core and Load the SDMMCWriter_ARM(DSP).out and run.

Please help me !!! Thanks !!!

1). You can create a new target configuration file:
File -> New -> Target Configuration File
type a name for your newly created target config file & click finish
Select Connection from the dropdown menu (choose the Jtag emulator you're using)
Select the Board or Device from the list. You should have LCDKOMAPL138

2) See this wiki:

3) You should have create-sdcard-omapl13x.sh which you can use to partition the sdcard & copy the generated boot images on it.

hi, how can I know which Jtag emulator I am using in default box?

I am not sure I understand.. OMAP-L138 has a 14-pin JTAG header, to which you connect with an emulator, which you select yourself, it could be any of the listed in tools & software tab () under Development Tools section:
