It depends upon the resolution. AM437x cannot perform D1 and above resolution H.264 encode and decode @30 fps. Check this link further information on possibilities.

Hello manisha-san,

Thank you for your reply and I'm sorry for missing resolution.
HD is expected as encode and decode resolution.

I checked the link attached by you.
I understand the almost of CPU power is used to decode 720x480@50fps at 1GHz, and it is very difficult to perform encode for HD@30fps; because, more CPU power is needed for encode than decode.
If I misunderstand, please give me more advices.
