Can we connect TI ADS131A04 adc with OMAPL138 as adc I/O works on 3.3 v and OMAP core works on 1.0 v to 1.3 volts.

I didn't get the information about OMAP I/O works on 3.3 volts

Hi,

ADS131A04 is an SPI device, its dataout & datain signals operate at 0,8*IOVDD, which means that it can work on 3.3V.
If you check OMAP-L138 Data Manual you can see that the SPI signals (SOMI, SIMO, CS, SCLK) are part of DVDD3318_A, which means they are part of 1.8V or 3.3-V dual-voltage LVCMOS I/O supply voltage pins, Group A.

So if you configure group A to work on 3.3V you should be able to connect ADS131A04 to OMAP-L138.
