Hi Ashish,

Any of the develpment tools listed here:
www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware
will work for development on TMDXLCDK138.
You can see that XDS110 is listed as a recommended emulator in the link above, so I'd advise to use this emulator.

THe OMAPL138 LCDK has a 14 pin header so make sure that the emulator can support that connector else you will need an adapter to connect to that platform.
