RTOS/TMDXEVM8148: upper bar video

hi TI's friends,

   I got a problem video as below link,  there's a flashing bar in the top and the bar is one part of left video.

  I remember the issue was discussed in the forum before. But I forget the keyword to search that.

Could you help me or remind me the key word??
