AMIC110: EtherCAT issue with DP83848 PHY

I have made my EtherCAT slave board which is similar to TMDXICE110 AMIC110 ICE, only change the PHY chip from DP83822 to DP838488. My EtherCAT project can work well with the TMDXICE110 but there're some problem with my board. When I scan my device using TWINCAT 3.1, it doesn't recognize any EtherCAT device.

I've also checked the signal between the PHY and AMIC110 by using oscilloscope, and I've check the PHY status by reading registers . They seem to be normal without errors.

Do you have any ideas where the problem is? If you need any further information, please ask.
