Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138
Hello,
We are designing a multimedia plastform across OMAPL138. While designing we used DDR2 recommended in Hawk board; however the memory is not available on Digikey or Mouser. Meanwhile I found a DDR2 memory from Qimonda - HYB18T1G160BF-5 available on Digikey. The memory has similar timings as Micron and footprint compatible.
I assume that there should not be any issue; however Can you please let us know, if you foresee any issue with this?
