Please look at the recommended Operating conditions section in the AM3359 Data Manual:
www.ti.com/.../am3359.pdf

The data should be at the end of the manual. Industrial temp support is from -40 to 90 deg C and extended temp supports upto 105 deg C

Just to clarify, the value in the datasheet are Operating range of junction temperature for the device and not specific for the ICEAM3359.

The EVM or ICE board are meant to be evaluation platforms that typically are expected to run under room temperature conditions so we don`t perform temperature analysis for boards.
