AM3359: Issue loading .OUT file

Hi,

We have custom made board with AM3359 processor.

Info:-

  • I am using XDS200 Emulator to load the .out file.
  • ( I have checked all the power supplies of processor)

Issue in loading .out file.

  1. Successfully I am able to connect the Emulator to the board.( Refer attached screenshot below)

  2. When I am trying to load the .out I am seeing below error (Refer attached screenshots below)

Could you please help me in debugging the issue, same .out file I am able to load on the another board.

 

 

Issue in loading SPI_Flashing_Tool.out.

  1.  Successfully I am able to connect the Emulator to the board.
  2.  After loading and running the SPI_Flash_Tool.out file I see below screen .(Refer below screen shots)
  3. Could you please help us in debugging (What could trigger the below issue?)
  4. There is no problem with files used as same files have been used on the another similar board
