Hi Sivak,

If i'm using same settings explained in suggested link, it won't be according to my DDR (MT41K64M16TW-107) values.....

Because whatever EMIF config spreadsheet i have attached that i have downloaded from suggested link http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sprac70. in above suggested document.

main issue is that AM437x DDR calculation timers & AM437x EMIF timers values are not matching while populating data from my DDR datasheet....

As pointed out earlier, use the EMIF tool from the link. Make appropriate changes as noted in the README to match your DDR memory. One thing I noticed in your DDR calculation spread sheet is that you are using tCK = 2.14ns. Therefore, there are some discrepancies in the timings. AM437x DDR interface can only run at a max. speed of 400MHz clock rate i.e. tCK = 2.5ns. There could be other minor differences in the settings, but again as noted earlier, the settings should not impact the DDR performance.

After you use the updated values from the EMIF tool, do try out a DDR memory test and let us know if you still have concerns.
