Hello!

Several times I've seen mentioning about possibility to switch/clone DM385 HDVPSS output (hdmi/DVO) to memory, but

I can't find thread or document where implementation of this possibility is described. Can you please help me?

(The question is not about switching/cloning outputs in general, which is nicely described in "TI81XX PSP VPSS Video driver User Guide",

but about particular case of redirecting hdmi/dvo to memory buffer)

Using ipnc rdk 3.8.1

Hi German,

It should be possible to write back what is getting displayed on the HDMI output. There is a write back path from HDMI back into the memory.
But this is supported on DVR-RDK. There is a 4ch usecase on TI8107, which uses this path and driver.
If i remember, it is not supported on ipnc-rdk. You will require to port to ipnc-rdk.
