I understand from ti website that AM3703-1000 need to be operated at 0C to 90C (commercial temperature).
Can i operate AM3703-1000 at -40C to 105C if the module is run at core frequency of 800MHz once the commercial temperature limit is exceeded?

If you are planning to use AM3703 @ 1 GHz. total PoH would be governed by following 2 criteria.
- How long are you running device @ 1 GHz, &
- How much time you are running device in low OPP @ temp > 90 C and temp < 90C.
If you are running system where you would be running device @ 1 GHz but when you go higher temperature [> 90 C] then you need to scale it down to 600 MHz. total device lifetime would be dependent on how long you are running device @ that would certainly help you to increase PoH of device & max device PoH would be total 100 K @ temp < 90 C provided we are @ 1GHz for 25 K [i.e. 75 K operating at lower operational point]. as we increase the duration of device running device @ 1 GHz, device PoH starts to get affected, we get into second condition where “if you keep running @ 1 GHz continueously then max PoH is 35 K.”
Would it be possible to provide us with your usecase
- How much time you would be in extended temp (lower OPP)
- How long you would be runnning @ 1 GHz @ temp – 40 t0 90 C
