Please tell us about the USBi_VBUS terminal as follows. 1) + 5.25 V input is acceptable? 2) Is it OK to think that voltage application at the time of power OFF is also permitted? 3) Are there any materials that contain absolute maximum ratings and DC specifications?
See Section 11.19.3 USB2.0 Subsystem Application from 66AK2G02 Technical Reference Manual, it provides quite useful information.
To answer your questions:
1) It should handle 5.25V, BUT the TYPICAL (recommended) value is 5V.
2) I think it is failsafe, but let's wait for the factory team to confirm here.
3) There is the device Datasheet, see Section 5.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings & Section 5.7 Electrical Characteristics.
Thankyou

What is the absolute maximum ratings of "USB0_VBUS / USB1_VBUS pins"
(I can not find the "USB0_VBUS/USB1_VBUS pins" in Section 5.1.)
The table in Section 5.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings says:
VIO (transient overshoot and undershoot):
Input and output voltage ranges (transient overshoot and undershoot)(4) 20% overshoot /undershoot for 20% of signal duty cycle.
