AM4376: LPDDR2 placement question

Part Number: AM4376

Hi,

My customer is currently designing a custom board using AM4376 and LPDDR2,
and they refer to "5.13.8.2.2.3 LPDDR2 Interface" in the AM4376 datasheet.

In "Figure 5-81. Placement Specifications", it seems to indicate the orientation of the devices.
(part of the red circle in the figure below)




Is this orientation specified as the layout specification?
