Linux/TMS320DM368: Nonstandrd Input Format suportted?

Here we want to encode the video whose format is not standard .the format of the video like the bt.656 but the piexes are 800×600 50Hz progressive,we used the dvsdk—-4_02_00_06 which files should i modify? and how?thanks a lot

now we have a camera which output video format is 800×600 50Hz progressive,but the head of the data is same to the bt656 format "FF 00",I want to encode the video data how to modify the kernel and the code ?do I explain clearly?
